Pancho 5 was created from a place of love, remembrance, and purpose. The name honors our son and brother, JT — known to many as "Pancho." The number 5, his lucky number, represents strength, unity, and the bond we share as a family.
What began as a tribute has grown into something greater — a place where his spirit lives on through every guest we welcome. Pancho 5 is more than just a restaurant; it is a reflection of family, brotherhood, and community.
We built this space with the intention of bringing people together — to share meals, create memories, and feel at home. Every detail, every dish, and every experience is rooted in the love that inspired it.
